Thank you for visiting Nicholas Sportsplex. All participants must complete a hold harmless waiver to enjoy the ice and turf. This includes, but is not limited to, public skate, stick n’ puck, private rentals, team practices, games, and leagues.

For your convenience, you may complete the appropriate form(s) using the buttons on this page prior to arrival. Paper copies are also available in the Nicholas Sportsplex main lobby.
